Hello there once again to all Friends, Clients and New Folk, maybe looking at my website perhaps for the first time.

Over these last few weeks it has really come across to me how much we take for granted the freedom we have. Freedom to make decisions, freedom to change jobs, freedom to choose relationships.

Take this a stage further thinking about the air we breathe and how we take it for granted. Everything that is living on planet earth requires oxygen. Even watching my little dog Ben for five minutes fast asleep, oblivious as to how he survives in this world. We simply cannot exist without the air we take so much for granted.

Look around you, are you taking in positive light air or heavy polluted energy? Are you living in an atmosphere full of argument, stress and unkindness? If so then you should consider moving. Residing in this kind of surrounding could make you feel ill, lethargic and unhappy.

Maybe your home air is happy, clear and sparkling. If so then bless it. Give it more of the good stuff, energise it with incense, flowers, music and good company. It will always give you back what you deserve.

Believe or not it will shortly be Summer Solstice - 21 st June. As we gradually make our ways to this auspicious date perhaps we should think about all the folks throughout the world that are homeless, without water or heating - a great many of them having very little food or sustenance to help them to cope with their plight. Gratitude is such an important energy. Once we start appreciating what is good in our lives the Universe can bring more of the goodness to us.

Make a list of the people, possessions and experiences you are thankful for in your life.

For myself is has to be:

• My three beautiful son's, Alistair, Ewan and Alex.
• My two grandsons Cameron and Ethan plus the new addition of a lovely little girl Amber Lucinder.
• An amazing little dog, Ben, who thinks he's a lion.
• Residing in a lovely part of the world known as Bunny.
• All the fantastic clients who exist throughout the world.
• The hospital staff, who look after me on occasions.

The list is endless, even down to our bright and breezy postman, who is never without a smile no matter what the weather is like.

Remember my friends, a little Gratitude will bring such a lot to you. The Universe is limitless. The goodness will just keep coming.

The Tarot workshop has been so popular I have put in another date of Staurday 4 th September. All of my workshops will now be recorded, enabling those of you who cannot get to these events to purchase copies of the fantastic and liberating experiences. These will be on sale ready for Christmas.

Past Lives is now at the end of November, again an extremely popular workshop with amazing results.

The TALISMAN will be back in the spring with both gold and silver available.
